We offer Facility Management Services (FMS) primarily electrical infrastructure operations and maintenance services and operate from Bangalore.
Commenced our operation in 1996 under the leadership of Mr. N J Jacob, Managing Director, who is a technocrat with more than five decades of experience in electrical systems and Facilities Management Services.
Our high profile clients are from the various business segments that includes IT Parks, R&D, BPO, Data Centers, Retail, Finance, Insurance, Integrated township and Commercial establishments in Karnataka.
Major contribution to our top line is from IT/ITeS/Data centers/BFSI, which is the fastest growing sector under office space addition and followed by Reliance in the retail segment. Major customers include E&Y, Wipro, Dell, DXC, Reliance Retail, EMC, CBRE, Knight Frank, JLL and Karnataka Bank.
We are successful in retaining key customers year on year over a long period of time, which is very appreciable in the services industry, more particular in the FMS sector. Our motto is to protect and enhance the life cycle of assets. Our goal is to always exceed the expectations of client.

We have been consistently expanding our footprint in Bangalore and in other parts of Karnataka through a growing customer base and increase in operation centers. We have established an enviable and strong credibility factor with all customers, which can be substantiated by the automatic renewal of work contracts and addition of new contracts on a regular basis.

“Customer retention“ metrics are achieved by us consistently  at a very high level and our high quality performance has ensured auto renewals of  work contracts with  regular  price escalations. Over the years, our business operation has witnessed a sustained profitable performance with a consistent growth in top line.

In the recent 3 years, we have added over 60 new client locations and as on date, we operate at over 300 sites; which is a true testimony to our commitment in providing reliable services.

  • In association with Wipro, secured ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001certification. Resources are trained to focus on energy and water conservation, pollution control waste management, safety awareness etc.
  • Government of Karnataka approved SuperGrade Electrical Contractor License: Authorized for carrying out Electrical installations works and for coordination with the Chief Electrical Inspectorate to the Government for securing safety certificates for client electrical installations, annual inspection, performing rectification of defects etc.
  • Accredited Energy Auditors/Energy Managers, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India. Conducts energy audits and decisive role in energy conservation management for our esteemed clients
  • ISO 9000:2001which is under process of renewal
